And, How Do I Find Buckhead Homes For Sale?

Buckhead SkylineQuite often we receive a call from a buyer located outside of Georgia who is planning to move to the Atlanta area and one of their first questions is, Where is Buckhead? Their next question is usually, How Do I Find Homes For Sale in Buckhead?

North of Downtown Atlanta

Depending on their knowledge of Atlanta we typically explain that Buckhead is located just north of downtown Atlanta, is home to the Governor's Mansion, is ranked as one of the nation's "Top Ten Affluent Communities", is home to Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza, is where you'll find multi-million dollar historical estates along with newly constructed multi-million dollar high-rise penthouse condos, and just about everything else that people expect Buckhead to be.

We've Made Finding Buckhead and Buckhead Homes Easy

Our website has been designed to help home buyers find homes in any metro Atlanta community, even if you've never been to Atlanta.

Here's How to Find Buckhead Homes

From any page on our site scroll to the bottom and under the Browse Communities and Subdivisions heading you'll see a link for Buckhead. That link will take you directly to a page that is only about Buckhead and only shows homes for sale in Buckhead.

On this page you can select your price range, or to get you started, we've already listed all Buckhead homes, beginning with the most expensive.

From this page you can click on the photo of the home or it's Details button, you'll then see more information, additional photos, etc.

Now See it on a Google Map

We've integrated Google Maps to show you exactly where a property is located. Just above the property address is a Map This Property tab. Clicking that tab will open a Google map along with a marker showing the property's location.

You can zoom-in, zoom-out, drag the map, and even choose the satellite view. These maps are Powered by Google, so if a home is brand new and not in Google maps yet, of course we don't have the mapping information either.

Other Metro Atlanta Areas

All metro Atlanta areas are included. From any page on our site click on the Listings tab at the top. You can then search by City, County, Subdivision, School District, Zip Code, Street Name, FMLS listing number, or there's even a more detailed map search.

And all the houses look very beautiful and makes buyers more interested in buying I guess. As a realtor I appreciate your effort very much. Because everyone is not like you in maintaining the blog I think. I read so many blogs everyday and in some of the blogs I find it hard to understand what they want to tell people or buyers through their blog. I am so confuses that do they want to talk about the blog or want to sell the house. But your blog is way too different. Good luck!

All information are so helpful for buyers who are looking forward to buy property in Buckhead...If buckhead is an affluent neighborhood, means those buyers are moneyed people who are taking advantage in low mortgage interest rate and housing prices. Great place to live. Not only because of Elton John though.
