Kim Foley has more than 25 years of marketing and sales experience and says that throughout her professional career, selling Real Estate is the one thing she still gets passionate about each and every day. Her vast real estate experience not only includes working with buyers and sellers but also managing new home communities in the Atlanta market. Additionally, she has developed a niche in the luxury home sales arena. Kim specializes in the Cobb, Douglas, and Fulton county markets.
Kim has been featured in the Atlanta Real Estate Magazine as a rising star agent to watch in the Atlanta area. She has been recognized as a member of the million dollar club for the Atlanta Board of Realtors and Cobb Board of Realtors. Kim says her greatest sense of accomplishment as a Realtor is developing a personal relationship with her clients through the negotiation and sales process that lasts after the transaction is complete.
A lifetime resident of the Atlanta area, Kim is a graduate of Kennesaw State University, an active volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, past member of the Children’s Alliance Theater Christmas House committee, Kennesaw Mountain High School Cheer Booster Club, and a member of Mount Paran Church. She also enjoys gardening, cooking, and traveling.
