Hi Charles, for the most part we have seen prices drop; however, there are still areas that have remained flat or even increased. We still have quite a few foreclosures on the market that are puling prices down. There are some great opportunities for buyers.

This house on Land O Lakes looks like it is in a picture-perfect setting on a tree-lined street! Prices have come down substantially in recent years in San Diego... but we've seen median prices increase consistently during 2009. There is a real rush to buy homes at these reduced prices. And now there is an $8,000 federal tax credit available to first time home buyers for homes purchased before December 1 2009. So things are really picking up even more. Inventories are very tight.
