Hi Alison, we use a photographer and I'm not sure if he uses a filter; however, I know he is quite picky about shooting at a certain time of day. He also tries to time it to where there is a blue sky. Thanks for visiting our site.

I agree it is a pretty home. My wife and I are both grew up in Florida but live in Las Vegas now. It's nice to see the southern architecture and it makes us miss home. We do not have the southern hospitality here either. Good luck on moving the home!

Wow, that picture just screams character, the paint is very unique, I like it a lot. The windows accent the color very well, and the stone above the front porch is makes the home stand out. Love it! Good luck selling, although I don't think you will need it.
